Dose 5ml a day.
Contains Nettle leaf (Urtica dioca) tincture.
Hayfever Blend
A combination of herbs traditionally drank during Spring and Summer.
Dose 2 tsp per cup. Pour on boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink 3 cups a day.
Contains Elderflower, Peppermint and Chamomile.
