The Menopause Course

Coming Soon! Understand Your Hormones | Reclaim Your Wellbeing.

Menopause is a transition, not a diagnosis. And you don't have to navigate it alone.

Are you experiencing hot flushes, night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood changes, anxiety, fatigue or that frustrating feeling that you simply don't feel like yourself anymore?

Perhaps you're looking for a more natural approach to managing your symptoms, want to understand what's happening inside your body, or would like to explore how herbal medicine can complement your existing healthcare.

My upcoming menopause course is designed to help you make sense of the changes happening in your body and discover practical, evidence-informed ways to support your health and wellbeing throughout perimenopause and menopause.

The average age of the menopause is 51, but hormones can start changing from as early as 35 years old and sometimes younger.

A more informed, individual approach to menopause

As a clinical herbalist with over 17 years of clinical experience, I understand that every woman's experience of menopause is different.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Through this course, I'll share my knowledge of herbal medicine, women's hormonal health and integrative healthcare to help you better understand your symptoms and explore the options available to you.

We'll look beyond simply managing individual symptoms and consider the bigger picture of your health, including hormonal changes, stress, sleep, nutrition and the nervous system.

Who is this course for?

This course is for women who want to feel more informed, confident and empowered as they navigate perimenopause and menopause.

Whether you're just beginning to notice changes in your cycle, experiencing troublesome symptoms, or are already postmenopausal and looking for ways to support your ongoing wellbeing, this course will help you develop a better understanding of your body and the choices available to you.

You don't need any previous knowledge of herbal medicine.
